Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in‑home or clinic settings. You’ll work with a BCBA and team to deliver compassionate care and track progress.

Not certified yet? We offer paid training and cover the RBT exam cost. We also offer higher pay for bilingual candidates and premium rates after 5 PM, with weekly BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation (travel up to 30 miles).
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required — we’ll provide the training and support.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use electronic tools such as CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
