Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in the United States seeks a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD, in-home or clinic-based, under supervision of a BCBA. We offer paid training and cover the RBT exam cost to help you start your career with confidence.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation is needed for home visits.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Experience with children, especially ASD, is preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or clinic-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use electronic tools to conduct preference assessments and data tracking.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive feedback and supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed.
