Children's Specialized ABA seeks a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home and clinic settings. You’ll work with a BCBA and care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18.
• RBT certification preferred, but not required.
• Experience with children or ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use electronic tools to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
