Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will work with a BCBA and a care team to implement individualized plans, track progress, and communicate with families.

Training is provided if not yet certified, with opportunities to grow within the organization. Compensation ranges and a premium for after-hours sessions are highlighted, along with paid supervision and ongoing BCBA

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• RBT certification preferred but not required – training and support provided

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, feeding) as needed
