Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA seeks a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home or clinic settings, under BCBA supervision. We cover training and the RBT exam cost to help you launch your career with confidence.

Not certified yet? We provide training and support, with opportunities for bilingual pay, premium after 5 PM sessions, weekly BCBA supervision, and clear advancement paths within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within ~30 miles.
• RBT certification preferred, but not required; training provided.
• Experience working with children; ASD experience preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating).
