Children’s Specialized ABA seeks a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, in-home or clinic-based. You’ll work under a BCBA and a collaborative care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate services.

No certification yet? We provide paid training and cover the RBT exam. The role offers premium pay for after-hours sessions, weekly supervision, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required; training is provided.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in-home or clinic-based.
• Collaborate with a BCBA and care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
