Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate services in-home or clinic-based settings.

Not certified yet? We provide paid training and cover the RBT exam to help you launch your career, with bilingual pay advantages and weekly supervision. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred but not required
• Experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs)

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based sessions
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating)
