Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will work with a BCBA and care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate services in home or clinic settings.

We offer paid training, exam cost coverage, and opportunities for advancement. Premium pay after 5 PM and travel between clients are included, with bilingual pay enhancements where applicable.

Qualifications

• This role requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent with preference for RBT certification.
• Experience with children with ASD is strongly preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes within ~30 miles.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans with supervision.
• Use CentralReach to track data and assessments.
• Participate in clinical meetings and receive regular supervision.
• Maintain teaching materials and communicate progress to families.
