Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is hiring a Part‑Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD, in-home or clinic settings, under BCBA supervision. Training is provided even if not yet certified, with support to pass the RBT exam.

You’ll work with families, track progress, and participate in clinical meetings. Travel up to 30 miles and premium pay for after-hours sessions are offered, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation (Travel up to 30 Miles).
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required — if you’re positive, motivated, and eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., moving with children).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use electronic tools such as CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.
