Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will work with a BCBA and a care team to implement individualized plans, track data, and communicate progress to families.

No RBT certification? We provide paid training and cover the exam cost. The role offers premium pay for after-hours sessions and opportunities for growth within a supportive, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is preferred, but not required; training provided.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).
• Reliable transportation to travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use electronic tools to track data and progress.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
• Maintain client program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (toileting, eating).
