Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will work with a BCBA and care team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based interventions in-home or clinic settings, using data-driven strategies and supportive family coaching.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum age 18
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided
• Prior experience with children, ASD experience preferred
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs)

Aufgaben

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home or clinic-based settings
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care as needed
