Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work under a BCBA, delivering personalized sessions, collecting data, and adjusting plans to improve communication, social and daily living skills.

We offer paid training if not yet certified, with support to pass the RBT exam. The role includes travel within a 30-mile radius, premium pay after 5 PM, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ and ability to obtain RBT certification if not already certified.
• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD.
• Reliability and willingness to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home or in clinic settings.
• Implement behavior plans and data collection with BCBA supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials; track progress for families.
