Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD. You’ll work with a BCBA and a care team to build communication, social, and daily living skills, with paid training and exam support if not yet certified.

Location is in-home within roughly 20 miles of your residence, with premium pay after 5 PM, travel time between clients, and weekly BCBA supervision. We cover training costs to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes within a 20 mile radius.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Experience working with children with ASD strongly preferred; ability to commit to a weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use data collection tools and track progress with team feedback.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers; maintain teaching materials.
