Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will work with a BCBA and a care team to implement behavior plans and track progress in home or clinic settings.

Training is provided to obtain or reinforce RBT certification, with options for professional growth and advancement within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred; training provided to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home ABA therapy sessions to children with ASD.
• Collaborate with BCBA and care team to implement plans and track progress.
• Maintain session data and communicate progress to parents/caregivers.
• Adhere to safety, privacy, and program integrity guidelines.
