Children’s Specialized ABA seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clients’ homes within approximately 20 miles of the area. You will work under a BCBA and care team, delivering sessions, collecting data, and adjusting strategies with supervision.

The role offers paid training if not yet certified, bilingual pay enhancements, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred, but training provided.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation required to travel to clients’ homes within ~20 miles.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Aufgaben

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to record data and conduct assessments.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision from BCBA.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
