Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You’ll work with a BCBA and care team, delivering individualized sessions and tracking progress.

Paid training is provided, and bilingual candidates receive higher pay. The role offers weekly supervision, drive time between clients, and opportunities for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred, not required; training provided to help you start.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use data-tracking tools and collaborate with BCBA and care team.
• Attend clinical meetings, receive supervision, and maintain program books.
