Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part‑time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in‑home and clinic‑based ABA therapy for children with ASD. You’ll help develop communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors, under BCBA supervision.

Paid training and exam cost coverage are provided if not yet certified. The role offers premium pay after 5 PM and weekly supervision, with travel between client locations within ~30 miles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior plans and track progress with data.
• Coordinate with BCBA and care team; attend supervision meetings.
