Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will work with a BCBA and care team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in home and clinic settings.

Training is provided if not yet certified, with paid exam costs covered. Premium pay after 5 PM and paid drive time between clients are included, along with weekly BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home or clinic-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive supervision.
