Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You will work with a BCBA and a care team to deliver personalized therapy, with paid training and support to obtain RBT certification if needed.

You’ll earn $20.00–$26.00 per hour, with premium pay after 5 PM and paid drive time between clients, plus weekly BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred, but training provided.
• Prior experience with children, ASD strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in-home or clinic-based settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to perform preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating).
