Job summary

Children's Specialized ABA is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will work with a BCBA and care team to develop communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We offer paid training, support to obtain the RBT credential, and premium pay for after-hours sessions. Expect travel within a 30-mile radius and weekly supervision with BCBA support.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; training provided.
• Experience with children, especially ASD, is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a consistent weekly schedule.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and data tracking.
• Participate in clinical meetings with BCBA and team.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (toileting, eating) as needed.
