Children’s Specialized ABA is seeking a Part‑Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy for children with ASD, in-home or clinic settings within a 30‑mile radius of the candidate’s home. Premium pay after 5 PM, paid drive time, and weekly BCBA supervision are offered.

New hires receive company‑sponsored training, support to obtain RBT certification, and opportunities for advancement while earning an hourly rate that reflects experience and location.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs).

Responsabilités

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in-home or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use electronic tools to conduct assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings with supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care as needed (e.g., toileting, eating).
