Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks a part‑time licensed psychotherapist (LCSW/LISW/LPCC/LCMHC/LMFT) to deliver recovery‑oriented psychotherapy in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. You will conduct individual and group sessions, document progress, and coordinate with facility staff to ensure medically necessary care.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, professional ethics, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to improve residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health clinician with current license in the applicable state.
• Master’s degree in social work or related field and active state licensure.
• Experience delivering psychotherapy in long‑term care or similar settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents with consent to determine needs and develop treatment plans.
• Consult with primary care physicians, facility staff, and care teams as needed.
• Document treatment plans and psychotherapy sessions per procedures and HIPAA rules.
• Coordinate with facility staff during arrival/departure to review care needs.
• Maintain open communications with facility staff and management.
