Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW/LISW/LPCC/LCMHC/LMFT) to provide recovery-oriented psychotherapy in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering care to adults with anxiety, depression and complex mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Doctoral- or master-level licensure in a qualifying professional field.
• Licensure required in the state where you practice.
• Experience with DSM and psychotherapeutic modalities.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document therapy sessions and updates in EMR within 48 hours.
• Collaborate with facility staff and primary care providers.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Communicate treatment goals with supervisors as needed.
