Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW/LISW/LPCC/LCMHC/LMFT) to join our team on a part-time basis serving residents in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Harrisonburg, VA. You will deliver recovery-oriented psychotherapy in group or individual settings, collaborating with physicians, nurses and support staff.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assess residents, develop treatment plans, document sessions and ensure timely updates to the facility

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work and current state license
• Experience providing psychotherapy in long-term care
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Assess residents to determine needs and create treatment plans
• Document treatment sessions and progress within 48 hours
• Collaborate with facility staff and primary care providers
