Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks a part-time Psychotherapist (LCSW/LISW/LPCC/LCMHC/LMFT) to deliver recovery-oriented psychotherapy in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. You will work with adults in long-term care, assess needs, and develop treatment plans as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will document sessions, maintain HIPAA compliance, and coordinate with facility staff and the clinical supervisor.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work and a current license to practice in the state.
• LCSW/LISW/LPCC/LCMHC/LMFT license required in the practicing state.
• Experience delivering psychotherapy in long-term care settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents with valid consent to determine needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy in group or individual settings per treatment plan.
• Document plans and sessions, and share updates within 48 hours per policy.
• Collaborate with facility staff and clinical supervisor; maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to regulatory standards and ethics.
