Job summary

We are seeking licensed clinicians (LCSW, LISW, LPCC, LCMHC, LMFT) to provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Doctoral psychologist license required.
• MSW or equivalent with a current state license.
• Knowledge of the DSM and psychotherapy practice regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents with consent to determine needs and create treatment plans.
• Consult with primary care, family, and facility staff as needed.
• Document treatment plans and sessions per policies; provide timely records.
• Coordinate with facility staff to review care needs and communicate findings.
