Job summary
Eventus WholeHealth seeks a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW/LISW/LPCC/LCMHC/LMFT) for a part-time role within skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Virginia. You will provide recovery-oriented psychotherapy in group or individual settings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications
- Licensed clinician with state licensure (LCSW/LISW/LPCC/LCMHC/LMFT) in good standing.
- Master's degree in social work or related field; active license to practice.
- Experience delivering psychotherapy in group or individual settings.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents with consent to determine needs and develop treatment plans.
- Document treatment plans and sessions according to procedures and HIPAA rules.
- Coordinate with facility staff and primary care teams to review care needs.
