Job summary

Eventus WholeHealth seeks licensed clinicians (LCSW/LISW/LPCC/LCMHC/LMFT) to provide recovery-oriented care in long-term facilities. Team-based, with emphasis on assessment, treatment planning, and coordination with physicians, staff, and families.

Position focuses on delivering evidence-based psychotherapy across group and individual settings, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to regulatory standards while improving residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of assessment techniques and psychotherapy modalities.
• Familiarity with DSM and population-specific interventions.
• Understanding of regulatory rules for psychotherapy practice.
• Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
• Ability to deliver care following individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess each resident with consent and develop a treatment plan.
• Consult with primary care physicians, family, facility staff and support staff.
• Document treatment plans and sessions and share updates within 48 hours.
• Review facility care needs with relevant staff on arrival and departure.
• Maintain open communications with facility staff and administration.
• Adhere to Eventus WholeHealth standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Conduct self professionally at all times and protect confidentiality.
• Consult with clinical supervisor on unfamiliar requests.
