Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead a team of Educators and oversee daily operations at our program sites. You will coach staff, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and build strong relationships with families and school partners.

You will manage daily check-in/out, plan enrichment activities, and address issues to keep programs running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role in the education field.

Qualifications

• Experience managing staff and coordinating schedules.
• Strong communication with families and schools.
• Ability to maintain safety and licensing standards.

Responsibilities
