Job summary

Right At School seeks a dedicated Program Manager to lead before/after school programs within a school district. You will coach staff, ensure safety, manage attendance, and maintain compliance with licensing standards across sites.

The role requires strong communication with families and partners, and a commitment to creating safe, engaging experiences for children while delivering daily activities and curriculum.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Ohio licensing and employment requirements
• Background checks and DCY compliance required
• 18+ years old with First Aid and CPR (in-person) or ability to obtain
• TB screening and immunization records (MMR) per DCY requirements
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Drive the mission by promoting safety and joy, maintaining site documents and licensing standards
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and report on safety measures
• Engage families, clients, peers and children with clear, timely communication
• Maintain accurate student check-in/out records and attendance procedures
• Deliver daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment
