Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead after-school programs across partner schools in a structured schedule. The role emphasizes safety, engagement, and high-quality experiences for children and families.

The ideal candidate will handle multiple priorities, rely on strong communication, and maintain accurate attendance and licensing records while coaching staff to deliver the program effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience balancing competing priorities while delivering quality service
• Experience with children and understanding special needs
• Coursework or training in child development or related field
• Strong oral, written and visual communication with adults and children
• Ability to model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn
• Proof of MMR submitted to employer

Responsibilities

• Model safety and joy; ensure safe operations and up-to-date documents and licensing
• Support and report on safety protocols for participant well-being
• Engage families, clients and staff; respond to inquiries promptly during program hours
• Maintain accurate attendance and student check-in/out records
• Implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment
