Job summary

Right At School is hiring a Childcare Program Manager to lead after-school programs in Washington. You will oversee a team, ensure a safe, engaging environment, and partner with school staff to enrich learning experiences.

The role requires supervisory experience, a background with children, excellent communication, and compliance with state requirements. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:40pm–6:00pm, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13.
• Prior supervisory experience and ability to manage a team.
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements (First Aid / CPR, Mandated Reporter, TB clearance, MMR proof).

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality enrichment programs using internal curriculum.
• Develop and coach a team passionate about safety and engagement.
• Collaborate with principals and school staff to enhance instructional experience.
• Represent the program at local community events and activities.
• Maintain safety standards and proper program paperwork.
