Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead after-school programs focused on safety, learning through play, and family engagement. This role supports staff to deliver high-quality experiences for students while upholding licensing standards and site procedures.

Ideal candidates bring strong multitasking, clear communication with families, and a passion for child development. The position offers a part-time schedule with morning and afternoon shifts in a dynamic educational setting.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with children and knowledge of unique and special needs.
• Coursework or training in child development and/or related field.
• Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children.
• Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Joy: model safety and joy standards and coach staff to maintain team cohesion.
• Safety Assurance: support safety protocols and document proof of MMR.
• Effective Communication: engage with families, partners, and staff; respond to inquiries during program hours.
• Documentation and Compliance: maintain records of student check-ins/check-outs per policy.
• Daily Routine: implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
