Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead our childcare program with a focus on enriching learning experiences and safe, engaging environments. You will supervise staff, collaborate with school partners, and help grow our presence in the community.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a HS diploma (or equivalent) plus 1 year supervisory experience, 2 years with children, and ability to lift 25 lbs. Training and growth opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• 18+ years of age and meet state requirements.
• Proof of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 12 college credits from 100 level or above.
• FA/CPR, Mandated Reporter, Cleared TB, MMR, and Food Handlers as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality enrichment programs using our Disguised Learning curriculum.
• Develop and coach a team committed to safety, engagement, and growth.
• Collaborate with principals and school staff to enhance the instructional experience.
• Participate in local community events to extend Right At School presence.
• Maintain safety standards and complete program paperwork.
