Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager in Washington to lead a team of Educators, coach staff, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and build strong relationships with families and school partners while delivering high‑quality after‑school programs. You will manage daily operations, plan enrichment activities, monitor attendance, address issues, and maintain safety protocols.

Pay rate is $23–$25 per hour with hours 5:45am–9:25am and 3:00pm–6:00pm, Monday–Friday, offering meaningful

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with children, including those with special needs.
• Coursework in child development or related field preferred.
• Strong oral, written, and visual communication skills with adults and children.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Educators with day-to-day guidance.
• Maintain site documentation, licensing standards, and safety/attendance protocols.
• Oversee daily check-in/check-out and accurate attendance records.
