Right At School in New Jersey is seeking a Program Manager to lead before/after school programs, ensuring safety, quality, and engaging activities aligned with our mission to inspire a love of learning. The role emphasizes strong leadership, compliance with state standards, and collaboration with site staff and families.

The position involves coordinating with schools, supervising staff, and delivering reliable, high-quality experiences for students.

Qualifications

Must handle competing priorities and deliver quality service
High school diploma or GED completed
Experience with children and knowledge of special needs
Coursework in child development or related field
Strong oral, written and visual communication with adults and children
Model professional standards with students, parents, staff, and community
Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn
18+ years of age

Responsibilities

Drive the mission by ensuring safety and joy, maintaining site documents and licensing standards
Report on safety protocols and submit proof of MMR as needed
Engage families, clients, peers, and children to build strong relationships
Maintain accurate student check-in/check-out records and attendance procedures
Implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum within a safe, engaging environment
