Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and product directions for proper food preparation.
• Maintain quality control and monitor freshness daily.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas by hand or cart.
• Prepare equipment for cooking.
• Operate kitchen utensils and equipment for weighing, measuring, mixing, and cutting.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, rotating and temperature checks.
• Receive and inventory food and beverage products and supplies.
• Clean and sanitize work stations and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Department Manager.
