Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 0–3 months related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests promptly upon seating and provides menu knowledge.
• Takes orders, describes specials, and suggests menu items.
• Delivers food and beverages to tables after preparation.
• Checks back with guests to ensure satisfaction and restocks as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
• Maintains an organized workstation and complete side duties.
• Handles checks and cash, uses the POS system.
• Follows standard procedures for taking, placing, and delivering orders.
• Maintains proper greeting, service, and tray techniques.
• Keeps a safe work environment and practices good safety habits.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Fulfills additional duties as required.
