Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipes and product directions for proper food preparation.
• Maintains quality control for all products, including monitoring freshness daily.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Prepares appropriate equipment for cooking.
• Operates kitchen utensils and equipment for weighing, measuring, mixing, washing, slicing and kneading.
