Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow recipes and product directions.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and product directions for proper food preparation.
• Monitor freshness and quality of products daily.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas by hand or cart.
• Prepare equipment and operate kitchen utensils for food production.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Receive and inventory food and beverage products and supplies.
• Clean and sanitize work stations and equipment.
