Job summary

Indian Wells Golf Resort, part of Troon, is seeking a Guest Services Attendant to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our Indian Wells, CA property. The role supports clubhouse upkeep, guest services, and event support within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The position offers pay ranging from $16.90 to $17.40 per hour, depending on experience, and requires a willingness to learn and provide courteous service to guests.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certificate: Valid Driver’s License
• English reading/speaking ability may be required to perform duties

Responsibilities

• Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provides courteous service to guests with bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintains the cart staging area, podium and bag drop area in a neat, orderly condition.
• Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a clean condition.
• Puts golf carts in play following Troon Golf standards.
• Educates players on course policy, cart policy, and pace of play.
• Assists players by changing their golf spikes if needed.
• Performs range maintenance and manages practice facility with balls and equipment.
• May direct start of play and records golfers renting clubs.
• Cleans rental clubs after use and assists with food and beverage activities.
• Cleans golfers’ clubs upon completion of play.
• Demonstrates safe work practices and maintains regular attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
