Job summary

Indian Wells Golf Resort in Indian Wells, CA, is seeking a Part-Time Food Expeditor to support our fast-paced restaurant operation within the Troon family. You will match food items to tickets, monitor quality, and assist servers to ensure timely service for members and guests.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Certified (Food & Alcohol & Food Allergy) or TIPS equivalent.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of culinary terminology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Match order tickets with kitchen items and sides.
• Check plate presentation for neatness and completeness.
• Monitor food quality and escalate delays to the Chef.
• Communicate with service staff about filled or returned orders.
• Ensure take-out orders are packaged carefully with all accompaniments.
