Job summary

BioLife, in partnership with Takeda, seeks a part-time Plasma Donor Screener at our WA center. You will greet donors, screen them, record vital signs, and maintain donor charts in the Donor Information System, supporting plasma operations and donor compensation.

Shifts are typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, including weekends and holidays. This role emphasizes customer service and safety, with paid training and an opportunity to grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1+ years in a customer-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and focus on donor safety and service.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the system.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and follow approved procedures.
• Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
