Job summary

Takeda is seeking a part-time Plasma Center Screener/Phlebotomy support to join BioLife operations in Washington. You will engage donors, screen and monitor health indicators, and assist with center processes in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires flexibility with shifts including weekends/holidays, and training is provided. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful, with a focus on safety and donor care.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Able to handle donor interactions professionally and calmly.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring safety of donors and team.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the Donor Information System.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support center processes.
