Job summary

BioLife is offering flexible part-time roles with shifts typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, designed to fit your life. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and assist with phlebotomy to support center operations. Training is paid and interactive to start strong.

Expect to greet donors, screen quality and safety, record vital signs, and coordinate donor compensation while contributing to continuous improvement and a patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with occasional heavy lifting.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ year of experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety and service.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities and suggest process improvements.
• Support donors across a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
