Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener with phlebotomy support. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and handle donor screening, charting, and compensation coordination. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and accurate record-keeping in a fast-paced center.

You will work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with paid training and opportunities to grow within a patient‑focused environment that helps provide life-changing medicines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting up to 32 lbs. (rarely 50 lbs).
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and hearing equipment from distance.
• 90% of tasks require prolonged glove wear.
• 1+ years in customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System and prepare donor charts, maintain records, coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes using approved procedures.
• Work varying shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
