Job summary

BioLife is staffing a part-time plasma donor screener responsible for donor screening, phlebotomy support, and center operations. You will interact with donors daily, ensuring safety and high-quality service while reporting to the Plasma Center Manager.

The role emphasizes reliability during scheduled hours, with a paid, interactive training program and a schedule that accommodates multiple commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety and service.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and initiate changes to center processes per procedures.
• Be available for a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
