Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a part-time Plasma Donor Screener/Phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will interact with donors, screen them, and collect vital signs to ensure donor and center safety.

Shifts are 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training is paid, and there is a focus on customer service and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Able to lift 5 lbs, up to 32 lbs occasionally, rarely 50 lbs.
• Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ years in customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and maintain records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain records.
• Identify operational improvements and participate in center processes.
