Job summary

BioLife offers truly part-time roles with 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, designed for flexibility. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy support, and maintain donor records, reporting to the Plasma Center Manager.

Training is provided in a paid program, with opportunities to grow while balancing other commitments. Responsibilities include donor safety, data entry in the Donor Information System, and coordinating donor compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays possible.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally; 5 lbs routinely.
• Prolonged glove use due to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
