Job summary

BioLife is offering part-time roles with 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, designed to fit your life. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations, answer phones, and ensure donor and team safety.

Training is provided, and shifts include weekends and holidays, with compensation reflecting California wage standards. You report to the Plasma Center Manager and will use our Donor Information System to maintain donor charts and records while contributing to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand during shift; willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on donor safety and service.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support center operations.
